What You Need To Bring
  1. Provide Completed Health Form (download below) to committee member before the event
  2. Supply samples of food for about  150-200 people
  3. Donate a $25 gift certificate
  4. Supply a server for the evening with Sterno racks and Sterno, and serving utensils
  5. Have food ready to set up at 5:30 pm--event starts at 6pm
