PDG Carole Tjoa joined New York Rotarians in welcoming Past RI President Luis Giay and RI Director Celia Giay to New York.
PDG Carole first met PRIP Giay in 1997 in Los Angeles when he hosted a reunion of Ambassadorial Scholars worldwide to mark the 50th Anniversary of The Rotary Foundation's education program to promote peace and understanding, in memory of RI Founder Paul Harris.
PRIP Luis encouraged Rotarians to support The Rotary Foundation's good work with Action and Vision.
